"I recently had my CBR repaired there after a laydown. The customer service in the parts department was top notch. I was making contact with the department via family due to the fact im currently employed overseas. Many other places this would have been a huge hassle but it was an extremely smooth process. After the repairs I took it home and i had trouble starting it up, but i was unable to take it back since i was flying back out that day. (Sidenote: It started up perfectly before i took it home) I had my family contact one of the guys in the parts department regarding it. I can't remember his name currently, Sorry. I believe it was Chris or something. My Family called and he offered to come PICK IT UP if they were unable to get it up there. The offer alone was astounding to me, as i have never had that level of customer service in almost any store i have been in motorcycle or otherwise. They looked at it again and discovered the fuel line was getting pinched and fixed it up free of charge and now its going good. I am extremely pleased with the overall level of customer dedication at Bell's. I am currently looking at a few bikes i want and whichever one i decide on i will certainly be getting it through Bell's. A++. Thanks Guys.
